I think this is one of the best informative travel guide I have purchased. The details of the length of travel from different location is good to know as are the etiquette tips for walking or driving around the area. Italy is one the location that my wife and I would like to travel to within the next few years since our youngest is going off to college and looking for a location for nice vacation just the two of us. I would definitely recommend this guide to anyone looking to travel to Italy.
I have always wanted to travel but i knew no one in Italy and i never traveled abroad which made me to frightened to try it.My friend told me about this book cause her boss picked it up before his trip.H told her that it was a lifesaver and it gave him the best advice on the hot spots over there and where to find great deals. I'm going next week... so EXCITED!!
Excellent planning guide if you plan a trip to Naples or Italy. Planning can be hard and frustrating but with a guide like this one, it can be made much easier. This book cautions the traveler to take out additional medical insurance as what you normally have may not be enough to cover expenses. They say doctors and hospitals will expect to be paid at once. Yet, they claim the cost is usually low or free. It differs with visitors though. The book has maps and guidelines, tips, and suggestions to make your travels easier and more enjoyable.
Naples and the Amalfi Coast are two of my favorite places to visit and I will be visiting them again very soon. I love to be able to read on my iPad about the Naples and the Amalfi Coast. Of course they advised not to visit between June and August because of the hot weather. There is also information about clothes to bring as well as hand sanitizer. There is information on Naples and the history of this city, plus Pompeii. It is a very good guide book for Naples and I recommend it to the casual tourist.
If you have some Italian culture, you will probably not need this book at all. It results obvious. But, if instead of that you are from other ethnic root, it will deliver a useful pile of info, and introduce you to de way of life of Italians.
